Issues to Raise, Questions to Ask

This is an experiment to see if we can use this feature of the site to interact with one another. The idea is that if you have any question you would like to ask of other members generally or an issue to raise you would like to discuss then place it in this feed. If there is interest in the response and comments we can make it an independent or new blog post so the discussion can be confined to that topic on a single blog site.
